Dimension/Weight Remarks (Dimensions)Definition:
- This field contains remarks on the dimensions and weight of the specimen.
Observations:- Remarks fields are for information that cannot be entered in any other field.
- N.B.: Dimension fields are used for measuring specimens, for example a bear. If the specimen is part of a display, however, for instance a bear climbing a tree trunk, then the measurements of the display are to be taken using the rules defined for Ethnology/History collections, and this should be specified in the Dimension/Weight Remarks field. Refer to the "How to measure objects" section of the Guide.
