Specimen Remarks (Specimen/Description)

Field used for natural science collections

Definition:

  • This field contains remarks on the specimen.

Observation:

  • Remarks fields are for information on the specimen that cannot be entered in any other field.

Entry rule:

  • Note the information clearly, concisely and consistently.

      Accession Number 1980.128
      Discipline mycology
      GenusEntoloma
      Species absortivum
    Specimen Remarks Non-aborted form. See 1980.129 for the specimen with parasites.
