Thickness (Dimensions)Definition:
- This field contains the measurement of the maximum thickness of the object.
Observations:- The thickness of an object corresponds to the distance between its two closest faces that are more or less parallel. In the case of a container, for example, it is the distance between the inner and outer walls.
- Refer to the "How to measure objects" section of the Guide.
- This field is used in conjunction with the Unit Linear field.
- Dimensions should always be expressed in centimetres, except when the object is too large or too small.
Entry rules:- Enter a single measurement, in real numbers.
